Qin Na (“chin na” meaning "seize and control") is one of the four fighting categories of Chinese martial arts. This seminar will cover the basics of Qin Na, including conditioning, drills, and strategies, following the YMAA Qin Na Curriculum.
Qin Na principles are the foundation of numerous martial arts styles including aikido, jujitsu, judo, and BJJ. The joint-locking techniques of Qin Na can be integrated with wrestling and striking skills to enhance control over opponents. This seminar will provide useful insights for practitioners of any martial arts discipline.
